I love the thought at you trying your hand at a children's book. You are so creative, this is marvelous. You totally have my support.

thanks LJ! Youre too sweet! :) I told Angel about it and he thinks I should too... Now I just need to get some 'how to write a childrens book and have it actually get published' books.

a.) Not only is she laughing at 3 months, but she is essentially laughing at fart jokes. That is a true sign of awesomeness in my book. 2.) Book idea = fabulous. My vote would be to have her called Chickie-Legs. She could also add that not only is she a pirate's daughter, but that her eye wanders to keep a watch on would-be high-seas hooligans... like the children who give her shit. This then causes the bullies to start having a complex and giving CL the utmost respect. iii.) But this is your book and my ideas don't mean poop. :)

Cool idea for the children's book! I was also a "pirate child" and would have loved to have read a book about the topic while I was going through it, luckily I was only 4 [pre kindergarten glasses] and didnt have to go through so much teasing, but I do distinctly remember a chashier asking about my patch, and if I was "dressing as a pirate that day"
