You know, i've never been to a concert in my life (except the ones I give myself in the shower) and quite frankly the whole cell phone thing seems is a little odd to me. But what do I know? :)

No, that really is the new thing. It's insane, but cell phone waving is the way to go... erm, that is, if you were into the whole lighter-waving thing in the first place. Myself, I'm just out of luck because I don't smoke and I haven't got a cell phone.
