beth, you'll get through this. i don't need to remind you about your network of people who care about you and would drop everything to help you. just don't be afraid to let them help you.

I wish I had some words of wisdom to help you get through this rough patch in your life, but I think you probably time to sort things out and get yourself in gear, rather than words of wisdom from a stranger on the internet. From what I've read here, you're a wonderful, bright person with a lot of caring friends willing to help you out. Don't be afraid to ask for help if you need it, there's no shame in that. Do whatever it takes to get your life back on track. If that means kicking some ass or even hurting some feelings along the way, it's tough, but sometimes it's necessary. Never forget that it's *your life* and you have to do what's right for you. It's like Jimi Hendrix once sang "I'm the one who's going to die when it's time for me to die, so let me live my life the way I want to". And don't worry about being funny, there's a time and place for everything. Get yourself in a good place first. Take care of yourself, and my best wishes go out to you. Gary (a stranger from the internet)

The word "need" was omitted between "probably" and "time". Talk about pathetic... ;)

No need to apologize for expressing yourself, good or bad. Sounds like a lot of shit is hanging over you right now and it's natural to want to vent that. I enjoy reading your page no matter what you write - and I hope things feel better for you soon.
